2. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation several minutes after you've made the reservation by email. No email? Please check your spambox.
3. Is cancelling free of charge?
Yes, you can always cancel free of charge.
Please note that you can cancel online up to 8 hours in advance. But we would like to ask you to cancel immediately if you know that you will not be able to make your reservation.
4. I'm following a special diet, can this be taken into account?
Restaurants are happy to take your dietary requirements into account. You can indicate this in the comments on the booking form.
5. How can I change my reservation?
That's no problem! You can make changes by using the 'change' link in your confirmation mail or login into your account.
