Since 1989, the Park Restaurant has been run by Axel and Frédéric Bruggeman. What once began as a modest shop with tearoom has grown into a popular restaurant both inside and outside Bruges. Housed in a 19th-century mansion from 1849, the Park Restaurant exudes a unique atmosphere with its high ceilings, impressive chandeliers and characteristic appearance.
Operated by the Bruggeman family since 1989, the Park Restaurant has a rich tradition. Classic French-Belgian cuisine is served in the stately salons of this 18th-century mansion on Astrid Park. This house of trust emphasises quality and service. Classics like duck liver terrine, Zeebrugge shrimp croquettes, scalloped scallops St Jacques and day-fresh preparations with young turbot and Belgian white-blue beef dominate here.
