Niet enkel een schitterende creatieve en heerlijke keuken, maar ook super vriendelijke bediening door het team van de gastvrouw. Een wat een wijnkaart: zeer gevarieerd en zorgvuldig geselecteerd en bovendien haalbaar voor ieders budget. Waar blijft die erkenning van de Michelins en de Gault@Millaus?

**Voorgerecht: Verse Makreel met Gerookte Tomaat en Basilicum**

Het voorgerecht was een waar kunstwerk. De verse makreel was perfect bereid en smolt op mijn tong. De bouillon van gerookte tomaat gaf een diepe, rokerige smaak die mooi samenging met de tartaar van tomaat, basilicum en komkommer. Het schuim van waterkers voegde een lichte, frisse toets toe. Een uitstekende start van de maaltijd!

**Hoofdgerecht: Filet Pur van Kalf met Gerookte Uiensaus**

Het hoofdgerecht was een ware traktatie. De filet pur van kalf was ongelooflijk mals en sappig. De licht gerookte uiensaus was een verrassende combinatie van zoet en hartig. De crème van pastinaak en witte asperge voegde een romige textuur toe, terwijl de broccoli en paarse bloemkool voor een knapperige bite zorgden. De aardappelen in de vorm van een paddenstoel waren niet alleen heerlijk, maar ook een visueel hoogstandje.
