In this industrial but extremely cozy building you will enjoy modern gastronomy with a worldly touch.

Chef Baptiste only works with top products, in season and preferably local. In 2023, Baptiste was also voted Fish Chef of the Year. On the roof, he grows his own herbs and edible flowers. In certain seasons, he also goes in search of elderflower, blackberry or wild herbs along the banks of the Lys.
