Food: Everything was delicious, starting with the little soft bignè filled with a delicious salty housemade cream cheese! I was very surprised when i got a cappuccino as starter (being me italian, even more shocked!), but once i tasted it, an explosion of different flavours overwelmed my mouth! it was not a cappuccino, but a concept, a creative way of presenting lobster, a dream in a mug! From there, the experience went better and better, every single course was a perfect balance of tastes, flawlessly presented. All ingredients of the highest quality, fresh and genuine. The dinner concluded with a reinterpretation of the classic pavlova cake, filled with a much lighter but equally delicious cream! A restaurant to try, one of the best food experience i had so far!
Service: In one word, PERFECT! The waitress who served us was friendly and smiling all evening, she perfectly explained all the courses to us, accompanying us with elegant discretion during our 'gastronomic journey'. The owner, thoughtful and welcoming, came during the evening to make sure everything was going well, revealing her solid experience in the Horeca sector.
Sfeer: The interiors are large, perhaps even too large for just 8 tables. This is what I thought at the beginning. But having recently had a totally opposite experience, where the same number of tables are 'forced' into just 30 square meters of dining room, I'm really happy with D'artagnan's choice to give 'breath' to the place settings, create intimacy between table and table, give the ability to communicate to guests without having to shout or listen to what other diners have to say. I also adore the fact that the kitchen is positioned on the opposite side of the dining room: no smells or noises disturb the intimate and warm atmosphere that is created. A must try restaurant!
