Parfait!un petit bémol pour le vin. Choix audacieux d un vin rouge de liege mais qui ne se prête pas encore à cette cuisine raffinée.

This brasserie - located in the heart of the Musée des Art Contemporains du Gran Hornu, presents cuisine at the intersection of cultures.

The Walloon basin, born of various migrations, is home to ancient regional products. Influenced by all these contrasts, Rizom's cuisine is a new translation of the contemporary terroir cuisine of top chef Sang Hoon-Degeimbre. Rizom brings local market and seasonal products to the plate and represents a cuisine with diverse roots.
