I was just disappointed. with all... food was somehow tasteless and sauces were way to salty.. alcohol or non alcohol pairing.. speechless... my girlfriend took the non alcohol pairing and out of 3 she only drunk 1.. the others were super sweet and not good at all - she had a sip and she left them (normally in such a restaurant they should inquire you abut why you didn't drink, or if you didn't like.. no, they just took them back as if all were normal.. Also they dont explain what drink goes with what plate. I took the 5 alcohol pairing drink and before the 1st plate they already put me one t glass of wine and a "shot" of sake.. I was just confused.. didn't know what does first.
Also the service is not good, waiters don't know very well the menu neither the drinks and they seems that they have memorized it they are just reading it out loud. A waiter was taking a plate from other table and he accidentally drop it in the floor (it happens), but he reaction/behavior was saying "MEEEERDEEEE" out loud and staying static in from of the customers (weird no ?!)
And they serve you in plates, bowls etc that are slightly broken in the corners.. this a completely shame for such Michelin restaurants..
Overall, dont recommend.. don't spend your money here!
What a disappointment! Nothing surprising, nothing spectacular, nothing „wow”. Complete waste of money. Pretentious, salty, boring veggies. All of them either smoked or fermented. I was just glad we haven’t taken the drinks… 60€ for three, one being cider…

Service not up to the standard. Waiters learned things by heart and struggled quoting them, they seemed not having a clue about food. They also didn’t know how to handle critique.
Owner was not nice to say the least. Again, very pretentious, impolite. I honesly laughted when learned that there are 7 cooks there. Well, as the saying says: too many cooks spoil the broth.
Decor is nice, but then again, dates back to 2013 so don’t get too excited.
Overall no idea why they got a star. The only reason I see is to promote vegan diet. But then again, better to have fries at Flagey. Also vegan (well, depends which oil they use) but tasty. Save your money (at least over 100€ pp! for beetroot that taste like a beetroot or equally boring onion or leek) and don’t go there.
