When you visit a Michelin Star restaurant the expectations go up, immediately and this is why this experience was really disappointing.
Location wise was really nice. An old family house set as restaurant with a nice garden. We stepped in and the welcome was not too warm. We went straight to the garden for the aperitivo. The garden tables had a glass top and the aperitivo was served there without a tablecloth or something similar.. The waiter literally launched the silverware on the naked table. During the aperitif they come to explain the menu and it was not clear at all. After we move inside. We have booked for a 6 courses menu but they served 5, instead. The food was average. Good but average and, above all, not well explained. A couple of times, to my questions about the ingredients, they were not able to answer.
Maybe something had happened that had disturbed the evening and the morale of the crew but, unfortunately, it also ruined our expectations.
We paid 138 euros per person (there were 4 of us) which, honestly, is an enormous amount for how we were treated (above all) but also for how we ate,

Zeer lekker gegeten, vriendelijke bediening. Alleen jammer dat we geen ronde rustige tafel toegewezen kregen, zoals gevraagd, dit terwijl er wel nog ter beschikking waren. Maar voor de rest prima.
