Perfect rekening gehouden met de allergieën van de klanten, de keuken heel goed zonder evenwel wauw effecten, een minpunt is enkel de wijn begeleiding die tamelijk duur is voor de geboden selectie. Beter zelf uw wijn selecteren of indien gewenst te laten bijstaan in keuze door de sommelier. Alles welbeschouwd toch een goede ervaring.

We hebben hier een prettige avond gehad. Het restaurant was eerst restaurant de Jardin, zo zijn we hier terecht gekomen.
De bediening was zeer attent en hartelijk. Het eten was hemels en de wijnen vielen goed in de smaak.
Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

The famous Knokke restaurant Jardin changes its name early 2019 and gets a new team at the helm. After 24 years, chef Christophe Van den Berghe and hostess Evy Robbyns leave the restaurant and kitchen team to their sommelier Geoffrey Adam and his wife Pamela Dewitte, who have been working for them for more than twelve years. Christophe and Evy themselves remain active in their brasserie Café de Paris, also in Knokke.Restaurant Jardin, like many other things on our coast, had a fantastic year. Stop at a peak and leave the matter in the best possible hands? Christophe Van den Berghe and Evy Robbyns had not considered this at the beginning of this year. Whoever predicted that, they might have declared a little crazy. But see, the beginning of 2019 is the day. "Our sommelier Geoffrey Adam and his wife Pamela Dewitte told us during the summer that they secretly dream of starting their own business one day," said chef Christophe Van den Berghe. “For us this first came as a surprise, but in retrospect it seemed normal given their enthusiasm and professionalism. We ourselves intend to concentrate more on our Café de Paris brasserie so that we can give Geoffrey and Pamela the chance to take charge of the matter ourselves. ”
