The famous Knokke restaurant Jardin changes its name early 2019 and gets a new team at the helm. After 24 years, chef Christophe Van den Berghe and hostess Evy Robbyns leave the restaurant and kitchen team to their sommelier Geoffrey Adam and his wife Pamela Dewitte, who have been working for them for more than twelve years. Christophe and Evy themselves remain active in their brasserie Café de Paris, also in Knokke.Restaurant Jardin, like many other things on our coast, had a fantastic year.
