About Culinair
New and improved restaurant Culinair is ready to be discovered by you. Chef Steven lost his heart to gastronomy and hospitality during his training at the hotel school of Ter Groene Poorte. He has since been addicted to experimenting with new products and styles. If Steven does not stir in his cooking pots, he and his wife Lisa inspect new restaurant concepts at home and abroad. They recently opened a Bed & Breakfast next to their restaurant, so that guests can spend the night in the same warm atmosphere after their lunch or dinner.
Cooking is an art. As a chef you are challenged every day to push your limits, pick up new trends and develop your own signature. The chef's cooking style is a reflection of how he stands in his life. With respect for the seasons, the product, the supplier, the guest and a personal urge for innovation.
