“Waw”, chef Frederik Deceuninck toverde opnieuw een heerlijk palet van smaken op Ennis zijn bordjes. Daarmee verrijkte hij zowel lokale toppers als asperges of super verse noorzeegarnalen met smaken uit alle windstreken.
Ook de begeleidende wijnen waren een ontdekking.
De kermis van chocoladebereidingen sloot een overheerlijke middag af.

Het was een streling voor het oog en mond. Onze smaakpapillen werden getrakteerd op een wereldreis van smaken door de combinatie van unieke heerlijke eerlijke soms ongekende ingrediënten. De presentatie van de gerechten waren schilderijen waar je eerst spijt van had om er in te prikken om daarna versteld te zijn van de geweldige geuren en smaken die op je af kwamen. We hebben een hele middag genoten van deze unieke ervaring en willen bij deze onze felicitaties geven aan heel het ´Sel gris Team’ Dikke Proficiat 👏👏👏👏

Goede ontvangst ,geen stijve bedoening . Fijne lekkere keuken . 1 klein -puntje ,eerst aperitief en daarna de hapjes serveren .Aanrader !

Restaurant Sel Gris * is located at the back of the Zeedijk van Duinbergen, not far from the last bit of dunes. From the restaurant you look out over the beach and the sea. The contemporary sleek design is sober and yet luxurious, and executed in various shades of gray. At Sel Gris, everything starts with love and passion, where an honest kitchen is chosen. A contemporary variant of grandmother's kitchen, with a lot of taste and yet a light feeling. You see what you eat and enjoy with all the senses.

Simplicity graces the dishes at Sel Gris.
During Restaurant Week, tables of more than 6 people have the option of dining at the Chef's Table. Please indicate this when booking, then you will be informed by the restaurant whether this is possible.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.
